Wildfire! From the Ground Up is a multi-part documentary series that explores the escalating wildfire crisis in Alberta from the ground up—interviewing the unsung heroes whose voices are rarely heard, all the way up to the lead decision-makers shaping wildfire policy and response.
We are actively in production and looking forward to meeting fellow Albertans on the journey of producing the most compelling, educational and gripping docuseries on wildfires.

I just want to say your documentaries are facenating and not boring. Keep up the great work!
Fascinating productions. It made me appreciate the natural cycle that forest fires play and how we have to learn to live around that or bear the consequences. Looking forward to the next release.
I have viewed the first three episodes of Wildfire! From the Ground Up. I am extremely impressed. Well done!
Thank you for doing these videos. This is such good educational material that so many people can learn from. If anything good could come from these difficult disasters it is education for future disasters. I look forward to the rest of the series as they come available. Job well done.
Hello I just watched all your episodes . My family was hit by the Fort McMurray fire by my family members living up There , one uncle for over 25 years and my other uncle and his son’s family . The race to get out of there. Was crazy and the panic of people a one way in one way out . ..But they got out safe.
My compliments to you and the many others involved in making these documentaries. They record some of the recent history of significant wildfires then go back in history showing how conditions developed to allow the devastating events to take place in the urban areas. Now in hindsight and critical analysis, understanding the results of wildfire shows us the natural cycles of which we are interfering with that we do so at our peril. These documentaries are in a position to correct that. We can work to educate the generations coming up … Well done!
